Ward open after norovirus strikes
A medical ward, which was closed to new admissions following confirmed cases of a vomiting virus, was reopened over the weekend.
Newington Ward at the Conquest Hospital closed on April 23 after two patients were diagnosed with the highly-contagious norovirus.
The ward underwent some deep cleaning on Friday (May 1).
