There is a lesson here for all GP surgeries who wish to improve their service to the public:
I have finally found a surgery that treats me as I feel everyone should be treated.
The two receptionists are friendly and cannot do enough for you.
The appointments are not dedicated to 10 minutes, I never feel rushed and I can attend with more than one ailment at anytime and I am truly listened to.
It is a complete holistic service.
Yes, occasionally I have to resort to paying and private insurance but I do not mind as the service is so good here and I rest confident in the fact they are doing the best for me at all times.
I am being treated competently by a team of professionals.
No-one complains about the long hours they work, which includes night duty and weekends.
I called in distress one day at 5pm and I received an appointment at 6.30pm – a doctor who works in the evening!
I also was ill one weekend on a Sunday and called at noon only to be given an appointment that very afternoon.
Anyone unsatisfied with their current medical care should register at Claremont Veterinary Clinic.
You will be well looked after.
