Is Sidley not there any more?
If I was a stranger coming to visit someone who lives there, and didn’t have SatNav, I would have a job to find them.
There are no road signs. Not on the A259 or on the Link Road. Why?
Also, when heading north on said road one can no longer use the slip road, just before the bridge, to get to Sidley because it’s not there anymore. Why? Regarding the short Bus Lane. Why?
Whilst my hat’s in the ring; something that has been on my mind for a long time; cyclists on the pavement. It’s so wrong on a number of counts.
First and most important, it’s against the law. See rule 64 page 22. Highway Code.
As far back as I can remember, and that’s a long time, I’ve always known it to be wrong so how come over the last few years its become the norm and if that’s not bad enough, these people are arrogant enough to expect other pavement users to give way to them.
Have they never been taught or do rules not apply to them?
Don’t even get me started on mobility scooter users!
