I see we have had another little surprise added to the development – the NW access road.
When will the full disaster be revealed?
I am also surprised that no-one has said just how long it would take to build 2,000 houses, at two houses a week that would be 20 years.
Are we expected to put up with a building site for that long? Still, we were ‘patient and understanding’ with the seafront road delays.
Having studied the planned development for the first time I am concerned there is no ecological corridor(s) connecting Pebsham Wood, Roundacre Wood and Combe Wood.
This would lead to species isolation and extinction leaving the woods to be developed at a later stage.
