Stuart Earl is sorely missed but not forgotten in Bexhill

Yes, Bexhill certainly has lost one of its favourite sons in Stuart Earl. The legendary John Dowling tribute to Stuart was spot on in last week’s Observer.
My own personal memoirs of Stuart was that he was a Bexhillian through and through. He was also one of the reasons I became a Rother District Councillor with his persuasion skills!
He will be sorely missed but not forgotten.
