On Friday, April 29, I measured my small length on the pavement in Clifford Road.
To my rescue came two angels, a lady on a bike and one in a car.
They were fantastic, mopping up the considerable amount of blood, phoning the ambulance, keeping up my spirits and finally waving me away in the yellow box!
My grateful thanks to those two wonderfully competent ladies whose names I neglected to ask.
You were really fantastic.
You might not have wings or haloes but get me you were Heaven sent.
Thank you both again.
