Bexhill game postponed
Bexhill United’s scheduled visit from Seaford Town tonight (Friday) has been called-off.
The Sussex County Football League Division Two fixture has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch following persistent rain during the afternoon.
The cancellation will come as a big disappointment for Bexhill, who were hoping to attract a sizeable crowd given that no other football is taking place in the area tonight.

Hide AdThey were also hoping to build on the 2-1 victory at home to crosstown rivals Little Common on Boxing Day when Dan Hill scored an added time winner.
Remarkably given that we are now almost into the new year, it is the first senior match to be postponed because of bad weather in 1066 Country this season.
