The Sussex County Football League Division Two game was called-off this morning after The Polegrove pitch failed an inspection.

In fact, there are very few fixtures still standing in the Sussex County League. Rye United’s visit from Newhaven in Division One and Westfield’s home game against Mile Oak in Division Two were among the many postponed yesterday.

Hastings United’s trip to Redhill in Ryman Football League Division One South is subject to a 10.30am pitch inspection. Several games elsewhere in the division are off, although the clash of title hopefuls Peacehaven & Telscombe and Leatherhead is on.
