The footballers of Hastings United and Little Common will be in cup action for the second successive Tuesday night.
Hastings will travel to Faversham Town in round two of the Ryman League Alan Turvey Trophy, sponsored by Robert Dyas, while Common will host AFC Uckfield Town at the same stage of the Parafix Sussex Senior Challenge Cup tonight.
Hastings and Faversham lie 13th and 14th respectively in Ryman Division One South, Hastings having the edge on goal difference having played a game less than the Kent club.
Like in last week's Sussex Senior Cup tie against Three Bridges, Hastings manager Darren Hare may well use the game as an opportunity to give some game time to a few of the younger members of his squad.
The match will kick-off at 7.45pm and will go straight to penalties if the scores are level at the end of 90 minutes. Hastings got through on spot-kicks against Herne Bay in the previous round.
Little Common, meanwhile, will be aiming to spring something of a surprise against higher grade Uckfield in the county's premier knockout competition.
Common are fifth in Macron Store Southern Combination Football League Division One, while Uckfield are 13th in the Premier Division.
Common are the highest scorers in their league with 45 goals in 14 league matches and have already beaten two higher level clubs in the various knockout competitions this term.
Kick-off at the Recreation Ground is 7.15pm.
