Barrellie, head of youth development at Hastings Futsal Club, said: “This is a great achievement in our progress as a club. Our focus and strategy has always been to create a fun and safe environment for the children to learn and that we want to be the best club we can possibly be.

“The Charter Standard award is dedicated to all of our players and just as importantly our dedicated group of volunteers who work tirelessly off the court.

“We would like to thank the Sussex County Football Association and Sussex Futsal Association for all of their support over the past 12 months.”
