“Kenny met with our new chairman Bill Harrison last night in order for Bill to meet the candidate the committee had selected and for Kenny to discuss Bill’s aspirations for the Pirates moving forward.

“The meeting went well and Bill was happy to endorse the committee’s selection and Kenny was delighted to accept the post as 1st team manager. Everyone at the club is looking forward to the 2013/2014 season under Bill’s chairmanship and under the direction of Kenny on the field.”

McCreadie led Hailsham to promotion from Sussex County Football League Division Two in the 2011/12 campaign and a mid-table finish in Division One last time out. Bexhill came 12th in Division Two last term after losing their way in the new year having been unbeaten until December.
