United under-21 game postponed

United’s scheduled visit from Burgess Hill Town in the Ryman U21 League South Division has been called-off due to a waterlogged pitch following all the rain of last night and this afternoon.

United, whose trip to Faversham Town last Thursday night was also postponed, are 11th in the 14-team division having picked up 11 points from their 14 games so far. Their next match is at home to Whyteleafe on Monday January 4.

The first team, meanwhile, will be back in Ryman League Division One South action on Saturday (Boxing Day) at home to Walton Casuals.
