Hollington Gymnastics Club was on top form at the annual Regional Tumbling Championships.
Competing on home soil, Hollington scooped 11 regional titles, as well as winning ‘supreme trophies’ in three categories.
Hollington’s club tumbling squad started the event, and Liam Webb, Jimmy Symes and Natalia Luke were crowned champions. The latter, in fact, achieved the highest club two score across all ages.
Silver medallists included Oliver Jerrey, Joshua Thornton and Saskia Jerrey, while Hannah Foster earned a well-deserved bronze.
Hollington were also dominant in the national levels, winning a further eight titles and multiple medals.
National level one started with a PB and gold medal from Alfie Weaver, and Tia West (not pictured) took silver. National two saw another champion in Kai Jerrey, while Jessica Fisher was awarded a fantastic silver.
Unbeaten Willow Braisby and India Barrett were in top form to triumph at national level three. In the same level, Maddy Thwaites and Rosa Smith received silver and bronze respectively.
In the national four category, Luke Fisher and Emily Kennedy struck gold. Charlotte Wynne Pennels tumbled a personal best to win, with Natalie Andrews second.
Esme Campbell-Marshall was victorious in the national five category. Charlotte and Esme were awarded trophies for supreme tumblers.
Other personal best scores were achieved by Maddie Luke and Tymika Corbett.
Hollington coach Jasmine Cullander was ecstatic with the results. She said: “Of the 25 gymnasts competing, 20 were placed within the top three, which is an incredible achievement.”
