Hastings Beatles Day - entries sought

Trust fundraising and marketing officer Nikki Hawes said: “Hastings Beatles Day is back – determined to entertain you and raise funds for local charity The Sara Lee Trust despite pandemic restrictions.

“On Sunday, April 11, Hastings Beatles Day will bring together acts from Hastings and beyond to pay tribute to the Fab Four and their amazing music in a unique online streamed event. If your band, choir or group would like to take part, visit www.hastingsbeatlesday.com to register your interest.

“The event will raise funds for The Sara Lee Trust, a local charity supporting people affected by cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. The Trust has lost a significant amount of income throughout the pandemic, but despite this, the charity has continued to help local people through online and telephone counselling and online group support including mindfulness and gentle yoga.

“Hastings Beatles Day tickets are £10 which will help the Trust continue to support some of the most vulnerable and isolated people in your area through this extremely difficult time”
