The man was found on November 22, 2012. The case was referred to the National Missing Persons Bureau and DNA checks have been made periodically, but to no avail. It’s hoped that someone may recognise him from this facial reconstruction picture.

The man is white, about 5’8”, with size 9 feet. He had distinctively shaped teeth, with a noticeable underbite.

When found, he was wearing a pair of underpants with the brand name Athena on the waistband. He may have been in the sea for some time.

Anyone who may know the man is asked to call 101 or email [email protected] and ask for their information to be referred to the coroner’s officer at Hastings police station.
