Strange to see no cuts to expenses

Well done to the BBC for sending cameras inside the NHS, showing how hardworking medical staff are trying to cope with gross underfunding and cuts in social care. Does Jeremy Hunt see the time for spin is long gone?

Good to see cameras have also gone inside our prisons showing how cuts have affected them adversely.

Cuts to the budgets of our parks and green spaces are also in the pipeline.

Strange to see that MPs salaries have not been cut and they are entitled to claim expenses, in addition to what many see as a very generous salary. How many jobs do you know where expenses have not been cut?

Given that benefits are means tested, shouldn’t MPs and members of the House of Lords be means tested as well? If they have the means, why should the hardworking taxpayers be paying their expenses to fund a lavish lifestyle?

Do taxpayers think there should be an end to the gravy train and snouts should be taken out of the trough?
