Paul’s tribute to the Dambusters
Haywards Heath based funeral director Paul Masson, a former member of the Royal Tank Regiment, has put a special display in his window in Queen’s Road to commemorate the historic anniversary, complete with old photographs and models of Lancaster bombers, a Hurricane and a Spitfire made by Brian Meadows.
Paul’s RAF and Dambusters’ theme is attracting many positive comments from passers-by and next year, his window display may be even bigger.

“The Poppy Appeal is becoming more relevant because of the conflict in Afghanistan and we hope our window display will attract many donations.”
