Angmering School’s golden award glory

The school, in Station Road, is celebrating becoming one of only a handful of institutions, nationwide, to receive the prestigious gold award from the Youth Sport Trust, for its commitment to PE.

Angmering has now become a gold partner with the scheme which means that in the coming months it will receive additional training and development opportunities as well as becoming more involved in national sporting initiatives.

Head teacher David Brixey, said he was absolutely thrilled with the news and said that the award recognised Angmering’s commitment to delivering high quality, sporting opportunities to its students.
