Little Common school Year 4 gained ‘hands on’ experience when Saxon Hands on History visited the school to teach students about Anglo-Saxons in Britain.
A school spokesperson said: “This was truly a day the children will never forget,” Pupils’ comments included ‘I enjoyed learning about the Boar’s Head formation’,‘Saxon day was the most fun day ever! We learned by getting involved’.
