Bridging the digital gap

Preview: Lisa Creagh ‘The Instant Garden’, Lucy Bell Fine Art, 46 Norman Road. Until June 30. Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 4pm. Free.

Using the idea of the ‘instant garden’ created when a richly floral carpet was thrown to the ground in ancient Persia, Lisa Creagh creates a new kind of ‘garden’ using composite images of industrially grown flowers.

‘The Instant Garden’ plays with ideas around control and stylization that have been present in discussions of ‘nature’ for centuries.
