Alzheimer's Awareness Day

An Alzheimer's awareness day will be held on Wednesday November 28 outside Tesco at Ravenside.

Sarah Neighbour of the Alzheimer's Society based in St Leonards will be on hand to talk to people and answer questions about coping with the disease.

She said: "I will be there all day giving out information about dementia, and about the Alzheimer's Society and the service we offer.

"I hope people will make contact for whatever reason, whether it is to help, or ask for our services, or to become volunteers. I just want people to make contact."
