Sainbury’s active kids vouchers: If you shop at Sainbury’s please collect the vouchers which are given to you at the till or online shopping too. Beckley school are collecting these vouchers. The school will receive new sports equipment. Please just pop the vouchers into the school office.

Calling all budding actresses and actors: Beckley players are planning a new production this June.

The play will be a farce, with men and women.

Read through and casting will be in February, date will be confirmed with interested parties.

Play will be in June, we are keeping the dates flexible at this point so as to fit in with possible casting.

Rehearsals will be approximately 8 weeks, twice weekly for the most part, so lines will be learnt beforehand. This will hopefully make the commitment easier, not having a long rehearsal period.

Please respond directly to me and I will co-ordinate and make sure we have a date for a read through that will suit everyone! Look forward to hearing from as many of you as possible! All ages welcome, as there is flexibility with casting.

Brickwall Music & Arts Society series: This will take place in Beckley Village Centre on Friday 20th February at 7.30pm.It will consist of a recital by the brilliant young harpist, Elen Hydref, who is receiving rave reviews for her concerts
