Bexhill High School pays tribute to governor found dead
THE principal of Bexhill High School has been paying tribute to DCI Jim Torbet, found dead after he was arrested for alleged shoplifting.
Mike Conn said Mr Torbet had been an excellent governor, and has done so much good work for the school.
'He was an absolutely wonderful bloke and gave tremendous service to Bexhill High for years,' said Mr Conn.
He said he would be sorely missed.
