Bexhill planning applications in the pipeline

24-28 Sea Road (former lighting and gift centre) - externally illuminated fascia sign and internally illuminated projecting sign.

15 Mayo Lane - Demolition of conservatory and garage, and construction of single storey side and rear extension.

Southern Gas Networks site, Ravenside Retail Park - temporary building for use as an office for two people.

22 Western Road - one externally illuminated fascia sign and one externally illuminated double projecting sign.

27 Oakfield Way - removal of one ash tree and one oak tree.

Anderida, Worsham and Glynde Court, Mansell Close - general pollarding, coppicing and and crown reduction of trees.

2-4 Cooden Sea Road - change of use from Class A1 (retail) to Class A4 (drinking establishment). Also an application to extend the existing canopy and set back the existing window.

The Devonshire, Devonshire Square - installation of extermal steps to existing terrace.

25 Fontwell Avenue, Little Common - construction of a first floor extension over the garage at the side of the house (western elevation). This is to provide an enlarged bedroom and an additional bathroom. Internal alterations would form a utility room on the ground floor.
