Bexhill plans in the pipeline

THE following planning applications were received by Rother District Council:

• 83 Wrestwood Road – extend boundary fence to two metres.

• 34 Glenleigh Avenue – garage conversion, change a flat roof to a lean-to tiled roof and put a velux window in the en-suite.

• Orchard House, St Johns Road – replace extant planning permission RR/2008/1603/P constriction of single storey rear extension.

• 18 Herbrand Walk – demolition of existing garage and store. Construction of replacement building accommodating garage, store and sun room.

• 3D Beeching Road – advertisement for business

• 26 The Barnhams – lawful development certificate for proposed use/development: conversion of existing garage, removal of existing garage door and provision of new window and internal alterations.

• 33 Hartfield Road – proposed summerhouse.

• 24 Gatelands Drive – demolition of existing dwelling and the construction of replacement dwelling and additional dwelling.

• 44 Sidley Street – change of use: conversion of veterinary surgery into self-contained flat, including alterations to windows etc.

• 164 De La Warr Road – construction of detached garage at rear with vehicular access.

• 6 Beeching Road – demolition of existing structures, reinstatement of surfaces and proposed new fence.
