The cricket club is away to Alfriston on August 11 with a 2pm start.

The Bodiam Church of England Primary School PTA book sale is on the August Bank Holiday in the grounds of the Castle Inn. If anyone would like to book, please phone Katie on 01580 830451 or 07940986207.

The next meeting of the Bodiam Community is on September 18 at 6pm at the Castle Inn. With that date in the diary please do not forget the Community Friends in the village. Help could be at hand linking residents who find it hard to leave their homes. The friends can benefit the elderly, a sudden minor emergency, those without transport and lots more. Just ring 07771402571 and leave a message. One of the volunteers will contact you within 24 hours and will explain what can be done to help. This is not an emergency service. If you need the police, fire service or the ambulance, ring 999.
