Police seized cannabis plants and drug paraphernalia after raiding a home in Roffey yesterday (Thursday January 14).

Officers, acting on intelligence, arrived at Siskin Close at about 10.55am, where they discovered four mature cannabis plants and associated paraphernalia, police said.

The property was searched and the items were seized for evidence.

A 34-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of a Class A drug (heroin), possession of a Class B drug (cannabis) and two counts of theft.

He has been bailed until March 2 pending further enquiries.
