Police have issued an urgent appeal over a man wanted on recall to prison.

James Small, 25, is said to have links to Chichester, Lewes and Guildford. Anyone with information should dial 999.

Chichester Police said in a statement this morning: “We are searching for James Small, who is wanted on recall to prison.

“The 25-year-old has links to Lewes, Westhampnett, near Chichester, and Guildford.

“Anyone who sees him or who has any information as to his whereabouts is asked to call 999 quoting serial 1297 of 25/04.”
