Sussex Police have reported one burglary alert for East Grinstead over the past week.

Police said the incident took place at Holtye Road on Thursday, December 22.

Someone entered a mobile home, said police, adding that windows were open along with the cupboard doors.

They said: “Binoculars, an old machete and a penknife were stolen. No line of enquiry.”
