Police patrol Hailsham pond following reports regarding the death of a goose

Police said they have been carrying out foot patrols by a pond in Hailsham after they received reports from residents regarding the death of a goose.

Wealden Police posted about the patrols from local community support officers by Common Pond on Thursday, May 4.

A police spokesperson said: “We are reviewing images already provided to us and would encourage anyone with further information to come forward to help us with our enquiries. Please contact us online at https://orlo.uk/o0QOa or via 101.”
