Cuckfield Museum: reopens on Feb 18th after its winter closure with a new display, '˜From Boots to Bustles '“ costume finds from Sussex Attics', featuring items of costume which have been put away and kept by local families for sentimental reasons or because of their value. From a spectacular 1870's blue watered silk bodice and skirt designed to be worn over a bustle to a delicate wisp of a 1920's chiffon day dress, we look at the changing shape of women and the changes in their lives. Museum open Wed, Thurs and Fri 10-12.30pm and Sat 10-3pm. More information at www.cuckfieldmuseum.org'
