Ditchling

Ditchling WI: For our February meeting we welcomed Jackie March-Hobbs, talking on the Brighton Aquarium. Using her slides she explained all the details of the construction of the building and the water tanks and how when the attraction was finished in 1872, it was a place where one could spend a day or an evening enjoying the extensive entertainment it provided. Our next meeting is Thursday 2 March at the Ditchling Village Hall. Lucy Bird, Air Ambulance. Visitors welcome. Please contact Briony Coomber on 01273 845069 for further information.
