Date set for Bognor Regis High Street gas pipe replacement work

Gas pipe replacement work is set to take place in Bognor Regis High Street, the town council has confirmed.

The work, which will begin on Monday, February 24, and last two weeks, will involve replacing the current gas main with a new plastic pipe.

This will provide a safe and reliable gas supply for the residents and businesses for many years to come, the council said.

The contractor will be working in the carriage way and will not require traffic management.

Advance warning signs will be in place to ensure that road users are aware.
