Fair boosts Royal British Legion
Clerical officer Kim Main said: "It was the first such event we've held here and it proved to be an outstanding success, enjoyed not only by the residents but also all those who came along or took part.
"Some of the craft contributions made for us to sell were absolutely amazing, and we're grateful to everyone who was involved.

A community fruit and vegetable produce stall did a roaring trade, and other popular attractions were a confectionery stand run by matron Sue Jones and a cake stall run by head of care Ros Staniford.
Fairtrade products were another well-supported facet, and Bexhill Furry Friends brought along rabbits that proved a big hit with all ages.
A tombola was also well patronised.
