Five-day closure for Bexhill Library

Bexhill Library will be closed between Monday 28 April and Friday 2 May to enable East Sussex County Council to complete the current refurbishment and improvement works.

The library will be re-opening on Saturday 3 May.

Councillor Bob Tidy, Lead Member for Community Services at the County Council, said: "I would like to thank all our Bexhill Library users for their patience and understanding while these works are being carried out and I am delighted that we are now close to the completion of this scheme.

"I would like to apologise to our customers for any inconvenience that the work and temporary closure may cause and we look forward to a much-improved library when the scheme is completed at the beginning of May."
