Harry Hastings raises funds for Children In Need

'Harry' is local insurance company Hastings Directs mascot, and the man dressed in the suit of armour for the day was a very sweaty Hastings Direct employee, Jay Wootten.

Jay said: "It's very hot in here but it's all for a good cause."

Jay, along with some of his work colleagues did a stirling job convincing local folk to part with their cash.

Jay said Hastings Direct and it's employees had already raised over 1,000 that day with 600 from a raffle, and a further 600 raised from a charity head shave.

The company were also holding a 'dress down day', with employees donating 1 for the privilege,
