Iden village voice

It is difficult to report on the Iden Picnic in the Park, as it is still to happen! It isn’t raining at the moment (Monday) but the sky is very grey.

The Bring and Share Lunch in the Old Hall is now rescheduled for 1st July.

Iden W. I. has its next meeting on Tuesday 12th June at 7.30 in the Village Hall.

During the coming months, Iden Parish Council will be involving the Community in formulating their Neighbourhood Plan which will identify possible sites for housing in accordance with the strategy agreed with Rother District Council.

The Police are working hard to get Neighbourhood Watch established in Iden. If you would like to become involved, please contact PCSO Dan Bevan on 101ext.19186, mobile 07796 195 639.

The Mobile Library will be at the village hall on Monday from 12.05 to 12.45.

The 9.30 am service for the first Sunday after trinity will be Parish Communion, led by the Vicar.
