Leisure Pool face-lift

BEXHILL Leisure Pool will close for refurbishment from Monday, November 13. Work is expected to take four to five weeks.

As part of operator Freedom Leisure's commitment to improving leisure facilities in Rother, the pool is the focus of a 150,000 refurbishment programme, which is being carried out in partnership with Rother District Council.

Changing cubicles and lockers will be replaced and a new reception area and shop installed.

A new caf servery with a new snack menu and Costa coffee will be created.

It expected that the work will take four to five weeks to complete. It is hoped to re-open the pool to the public on December 18.

Customers can take advantage of the swimming pools at Summerfields Leisure Centre in Hastings, Hailsham Leisure Centre and Rye Sports Centre during the closure.
