Magic Mike wins three competitions

MIKE Pettitt has become the first member of the Associated Conjurers of East Sussex (ACES) to win all three of its competitions.

The Bexhill man is a member of ACES, past president of the Sussex Magic Circle and a member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians (British Ring) for 58 years.

The ACES told three competitions a year - a stage competition, l a close-up competition and a comedy competition.

At the annual dinner at the Forge Motel, at Halland, Mike was awarded all three trophies.

Mike, of Bidwell Avenue, is a well-known local children's entertainer who is much in demand at children's parties.
