The Fernhurst Centre has been transformed to create a larger coffee shop while computer users have more privacy in a separate section.
The reopening was marked with a cake cutting by Chichester district councillor Norma Graves who along with CDC have supported the centre from the start. In addition 13 years of the centre were celebrated when parish council chairman Heather Bicknell, cut a carrot cake made by local baker Natacha Charlez from the Piece of Heaven Bakery.
