Major plans to redevelop former hotel site
A major scheme, which would transform part of Worthing's seafront facade, has been submitted for the former Eardley Hotel site near Splash Point.
Quality residential apartments, re-creating the original period of the existing building, using a ladnscaped setting, have been designed by award-winning architects, Neil Holland Architects of Arundel.
Developers behind the scheme are Roffey Homes of Worthing, who were responsible for the eye-catching development of the Warnes Hotel site at the corner of The Steyne.
