Ninfield road closure
EAST Sussex County Council plans to carry out re-surfacing work on the A269 between High Street and Standard Hill, Ninfield, later this month. It will mean the road being closed to traffic, though probably just for two days - Monday and Tuesday, February 21 and 22.
A diversion route will be signed and maintained for the duration of the works, via the A269 The Green - B2204 Catsfield Road - Catsfield Stream - Main Road - Horns Corner - Tellis Coppice - A 271 Kitchenham Road - A 269 Standard Hill and vice versa
