Ninfield's mini-assault

Ninfield Toddler Group held a sponsored obstacle course for new toys and equipment for the group.

The children raised money by completing the Toddle course - they had to hop, jump, climb, slide, throw, ride, twirl, crawl and wriggle their way from start to finish.

The group is run voluntarily by local parents and has babies and children from 0-4 coming along with parents, grandparents or childminders at Ninfield Memorial Hall on Thursday morning between 9.30 and 11.30.

One of the organisers said: "The children enjoy playing together, craft activities, snack time and music time and the adults enjoy the homemade cakes!

"We are really grateful to Ninfield Carnival Association for funding our new musical instruments which the children love playing at the end of each session.
