LIZ Slater is on the lookout for more netball league players of all abilities. They are required for Saturday morning sessions.

The civic amenity refuse lorry will be on the village on Saturday at Lomas Lane, from 8am - 8.25am; Ringle Green from 8.30am - 9am; Back Road from 9.05am -9.35am, Tanyard from 9.40am - 10.20am and Sandhurst Close from 10.25am - 11am.

The next meeting of the Sandhurst Friendship Club takes place at the Old School Hall on March 1 at 2.30pm when Richard Filmer returns by popular request to talk on Traditional Buildings in Sussex and Kent.

A Bridge Drive in aid of St Nicholas Church takes place at the Old School, Back Road, on March 20 at 1.45pm for 2pm.

Chicago or Rubber Bridge may be played. There will also be a delicious tea and raffle and the cost is just £7.50 per person.
