LETTER: Hospital staff were excellent

During the past two weeks I have had reason to attend the A & E Department at The Princess Royal Hospital in Haywards Heath to receive urgent treatment for a badly infected finger.

On both visits, I was see firstly by a minor injuries nurse and secondly by a Senior Consultant both of whom, despite being very busy, found the time and patience to treat me.

Also praise to the Triage nurse in A & E for her help and understanding.

My finger is now healing well thanks entirely to the excellent treatment I received on both occasions.
