Heads should roll

WHAT on earth are those hideous oversize wooden sheds doing on Bexhill seafront? Had a drive along there recently and couldn't believe any sane person would have approved the installation of such an appalling design disaster. At best, they are are an extremely efficient wind tunnel. Heads should roll over this one!
