Is there a hostel?
YESTERDAY I spoke to a young man with his dog, sitting on the pavement outside Subway.
He told me he sleeps rough - outdoors somewhere. He also says he has cerebral palsy.
He does not even have a stable at Christmas.
Can anything be done to help him? Is there a hostel in Bexhill?
