Sixty-nine years ago this month, August 1945, we dropped two nuclear atom bombs on two cities - instantly incinerating over 110,000 men, women and children.

Sixty-nine years on, August 2014, we continue the threat of dropping nuclear bombs - not just on cities, but also on countries and continents... with a capability of wiping out everything that lives on this planet, three times over.

Cities have already achieved the status of ‘Nuclear-Free Zones’ - including Manchester, Brisbane, Sydney, and Vancouver...

Whole countries too - including Austria, Estonia, Italy, Japan and New Zealand.

West Sussex County Council is called upon to do the same...for our children’s sake, and their future.
