Please get a life and save us from the politically correct

The spiders are an amusing sight on the roundabout at Arundel.

I came through there with my three-year-old grand-daughter the other day and her reaction was: "I don't like them".

My reply was "Don't worry, they are only make-believe, not real, and will not hurt you."

After which we drove on without a problem at all.

Does the person who complained have grandchildren or children?

Do they not know how to explain the difference between real and make-believe?

I have had three children and have five grandchildren.

I'll give you some lessons.

As for distracting motorists, if that takes your attention too much for you to drive correctly, you should not be driving at all.

Get a life and let others enjoy the fun.
