Opportunity to save money on oil costs

Mid Sussex residents who rely on oil for heating are being given the chance to group together and save money.

Mid Sussex District Council is working with Action in Rural Sussex and the Environment Agency to help those rural households save money by setting up a collective oil purchasing scheme.

The council is helping residents to find out more about how to set up a scheme by hosting an information sharing event at the Café Pavilion, Bachelors Field, The Street, Bolney, on Tuesday, February 12.

The event will run from 11am until 2pm.

If you would like to go along please call Celia Austin, Mid Sussex District Council sustainability officer on 01444 477370 or email [email protected] to reserve a spot.
